| Electrical
Options: |
| Diesel Generator
 |
A Diesel Generator can be provided
in lieu of the standard gas generator. Industrial diesel engines
have the longest service life and lowest maintenance cost
(lowest life cycle cost). Fuel-efficient design allows extended
run time based on lower fuel consumption. This option includes
the necessary modification to the fuel system, exhaust system
and structure requirements of the trailer.
|
| Electrical Load Transfer Switch
(House or Generator Power)
 |
This allows the user to run the
entire unit on a “House Power” supply in lieu of the
fuel-consuming generator. This reduces the operating cost while
providing full use of all features. Facilitates service and
maintenance of the unit without use of the generator. Extension
cords up to 250 feet in length are available.
|
| Ground Fault Protected (GFI) Power
Outlet
 |
The 115-volt convenience outlet can
be modified to have a ground fault protection circuit. This
feature is an excellent way to protect you from possible
electrical shock if the cord gets wet. The power cord has an
auto-return feature and automatically rewinds for storage in the
tent cabinet.
|
| 300 to 500 Watt Outside Light Pole
 |
Dual lights mounted on top of an
exterior pole allow full exterior lighting for nighttime
operation. This adjustable 360-degree lighting system provides
full light around the shelter and trailer. This option has a
built-in in locking assembly for stable operation in high winds.
The power supply is prewired and controllable from the unit
control panel. The light pole is mounted on the trailer frame
for storage when not in use.

|
Air Conditioner: |
| Gas Heating |
Propane Gas heating can replace the
electric resistance heating. This option provides an aluminized
heat exchanger and propane burner rack for efficient heating.
This also includes a propane fuel tank and fuel delivery system
with regulating valve. Propane heating ensures a much lower
operating cost as compared to electric resistance heating. This
feature is OSHA, NFPA and UL approved for safe use.
|
| External Duct Connections (Top
Mounted)
|
An extra set of 12” round duct
collars allows the air conditioner and filter system to be used
without removing the shelter from its storage compartment. This
feature allows the unit to be used as a portable air
conditioning and heating system in situations where deployment
of the shelter is not required. Excellent for smoke and humidity
removal in existing structures following fire and water damage.
|
| Flexible Duct Extensions
 |
25 to 100-foot duct extensions are
available for use in applications where the shelter cannot be
located close to the trailer system. The duct extensions have
built-in in connections for quick set-up/tear-down. The trailer has
a built-in in storage compartment for an extra 50 feet of Flexible
Duct Extensions.
|
| Condensate Drain Hose
 |
25 to 100 feet of heavy-duty
condensate drain hose can be provided to allow condensate from
the air conditioner to be drained away from the shelter. The
trailer has a built-in in storage compartment for this condensate
hose. This can also be used with the Water Management System for
filling the shelter ballast or wash down needs.

Air Filter Systems |
| Standard Filters |
(2”) 30% Efficient Pleated Media
Filters
|
| Optional Filter Systems |
(4”) 65% Efficient Pleated Media
Filters
|
| Dynamic Air Filter

|
The Dynamic Air Filter combines
electrostatic polarization and activated carbon to provide the
most complete air filtering system available. This filter
captures up to 97% at 3 microns size particles.
|
| Chemical Filtration Racks
 |
The trailer is outfitted with
filter racks capable of holding “Charcoal Filter Canisters”.
These filters have the capability to remove smoke and
hydrocarbons from the return air stream. This built-in in smoke and
allergen removal system is perfect for environments where the
outside air is not acceptable for safe breathing
|
| UV Lights
 |
A Sterile Sweep UV Lighting System
couples a high output UVC lamp with an oscillating parabolic
reflector to produce an intense, focused beam of scanning UVC.
This sterilizing beam penetrates deep into the media, killing
collected pathogens. This allows inactivation of even highly
resistant molds and bacteria such as Anthrax.
|
| Dirty Filter Gauge |
This high quality differential
pressure gauge is installed to monitor the pressure drop across
the filters. This allows the operator to monitor and change the
media to maintain peak performance and the highest quality of
filtered air to your shelter.

Shelter Options |
| High Pressure (Compressed Air)
Inflation System
 |
A 4000-PSI High Pressure Air
Inflation system is provided for emergency inflation. With this
option the shelter can be inflated in minutes without any
electrical power. The standard high-pressure air tank has the
ability to inflate the shelter on a single tank of compressed
air. The air tanks are easily recharged at most marine
outfitters and welding supply stores.
|
| Water Ballast System
 |
The shelter can be built-in with an
integral water ballast system. This system consists of removable
water ballast tubes on each side of the shelter. The tube can be
filled with water to serve as an anchor holding the base of the
shelter securely to the ground even in high winds. Without
any heavy weights, tie down cords or ground stakes.
|
| Inflatable Furniture and Medical
Beds |
The shelter can be provided with
built-in in seats, sofas and standard size medical beds. The
furniture can be permanently attached to the shelter and
automatically inflate with the
|
| Water Management System |
This onboard Water Management
System (WMS) provides a number of benefits. This system provides
both a portable water supply and condensate storage tank. Start
the day with a full tank of water that can be used as ballast
for the shelter in windy conditions and then the water tank
serves as a condensate storage tank for the air conditioner. At
the end of the day the water can be used for clean up and
general wash down of equipment and tools. The water is not
potable and not to be used for human consumption.
The WMS consists of an onboard water storage tank. This tank is
pre-piped to the condensate system of the air conditioner
allowing the condensate water to be directly stored. Many sites
do not allow condensate water to be drained or spilled for
safety reasons. Not having the onboard ability to store
condensate would prohibit the use of portable A/C units. In hot
and humid climates the storage tank has sufficient capacity to
hold the condensate generated over a 48 hours period of
operation.
The WMS has a built-in in water pump capable of transferring the
50-gallon tank in less than 5 minutes. The pump can work against
an external pressure of 15ft. WG. This means the pump can be
used under pressure to clean up a site and the equipment if
necessary. The pump is 120 volts and is pre wired to the
generator.

Shelter |
| End Wall Zippers
 |
The entire end wall of the shelter
is removable by a zipper connection. This allows the entire end
panel to be removed and/or connected to other shelter. Large
equipment can be moved in and out through this removable panel.
|
| Shelter Color and Design |
The standard shelter has a white
roof for reflective reasons, clear sides panels for 360-degree
view and red lower panels for appearance.
|
| Logo Patch
 |
This triangular removable patch
above the front door allows customer graphics to be added to the
shelter. Connection to the shelter is done with Velcro seams.
|
| Access Doors |
Warehouse strip type access doors
are standard. These panels allow access without restriction or
delay. The cut plastic panels are 8” wide and self-sealing to
protect the environment inside the shelter. The panels are clear
so it’s easy to see traffic and keep from running into others.
Additional access panel can be added on the sides and back of
the shelter.

Trailer Features |
| Spare Tire |
A spare tire and mounting bracket
are available.
|
| Extra Capacity Fuel Cell |
Extended capacity fuel storage
tank. Allows up to 8 additional hours for run time at 50%
capacity. |
| Drop in Trailer |
As an option for RAS 1210, a drop
in trailer unit is available. |
